Maintenance

Stone: All stone sinks are sealed prior to shipping. We recommend re-sealing once a year. All that is needed for everyday card is mild soap, water, a sponge and a dry cloth. If an abrasive cleaner or scouring pad is ever use, the sink will require re-sealing.

For difficult stains, first try a mild detergent and water. If that does not work, us a rug cleaner by the name of K2R.

Copper: The copper sinks have an oxidized honey brown surface and are not lacquered. Cleaning with a non-bleach mild soap will allow the sink to continue to age. To brighten the interior finish, us a green Scotch Brite or fine steel wool with or without an abrasive bath cleaner in the direction of the spun finish.
