8-19-03 I just returned from a trip to visit our friends at Le Bijou in Miami. It is impossible to appreciate the amazing artistic quality of the hand painted sinks until you see them in person. There is no photo that can do them justice. I have put two photos on a linked page for you. One is of one of the eight artists, painting a bowl by hand. The other is of the finished bowl. These artists are truly fine artists, quite capable of painting something anyone would be proud to hang on a wall. This is the only hand painted china I have seen with such attention to detail and true artistic talent. Any one of these hand painted sinks will be the highlight of whatever room it graces. About 8 or 9 years ago, one of the designers I worked with regularly ordered the "Grappa" pattern painted on the #LB V-210 pedestal sink, although I never got to see this in person, I was told by everyone that saw t, it was absolutely beautiful.
